Nestled at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains,
this historic 186-acre ranch has perated as a guest
ranch for the last 25 years. It is comfortable and
spacious enough for 30 to 40 guests, and is suitable
for use as a corporate retreat facility. The Pines
offers gorgeous mountain scenery, endless hiking and
riding trails, aspen and ponderosa pine forests, live-water
ponds, rushing creeks, with private access to the
San Isabel National Forest and Sangre de Cristo Wilderness
area.
Buildings include a main lodge dating back to 1893
with an entertainment room for large gatherings, a
large dining facility, and an enormous dance hall
that can hold up to 150 guests. Additional guest accommodations
include the main house and 5 private, modern rustic
cabins with full baths. There are two horse facilities
and well groomed riding trails leading into the neighboring
National Forest. The ranch is a short drive from Westcliffe.
